Domestic Shipping Policy

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for shipment. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Our gift cards are processed and delivered via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

After that, the delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. Currently, we do not ship internationally. Please note Covid continues to delay shipping. Due to holiday and limited edition launches, this time may vary.


We are not responsible for any shipping delivered that may affected natural occurrences such as weather, transfers from USPS, air or ground transportation strikes or delays.

Shipping confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipping containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Viviana Luxury Candles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

Viviana Luxury Candles is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we only ship in the U.S.
